CGC did not only empower my brains but my hands too!

Catherine at work
I am Catherine Nalubega from Kiwoko Town Council, Kikamulo Sub County - Nakaseke District. I am also a beneficiary of CGC and joined their programme after my mother was not in position to meet my education needs. I was then admitted in Kiwoko Secondary School in senior one. After my senior 4, i was advised to go to a vocational institution where i would maximize my potential in vocational skills. I enrolled for a course in tailoring and design at St. Mary's Kasala Vocational Institute where i completed after two years. I am so grateful to CGC for their continued support. They have not only given me the basic education but have also gone ahead to provide me with a "Entandikwa", a start-up kit. I was given a knitting machine on top of a sowing machine.
I have been able to set up my business at Kiwoko Town Council. I have gotten contracts from nearby schools to make their uniforms and sweaters.
Thank you CGC for empowering me!
